But, they come to a site or online community with the same sense of responsibility and civic pride that they would for real-world communities. It would be great if every Internet user viewed themselves as a digital citizen and contributed in a meaningful way. We do know from studies of online behavior that only a small percentage of people share their constructive thoughts to the community.
